Justice for the murdered dog Cleo

Stop the missuse of the law and punish people that abuse it to get rid of their pet!

Cleo was a romanian streetdog that got rescued by a kind hearted person. She was very sick, so she had to stay in a vet clinic for weeks, everyone loved her there because she was such a gentle soul. And then finally there came the day when she would travel to her new forever home to Karin Fierz in Switzerland.

This could have been a happy end, but unfortunately it wasn't. At first the adopter seemed to be quite happy with Cleo, she even took her with her to her work in a child care. That's just how sweet Cleo was that eventough she went to a lot of hardships she was never a threat to any human, not even small children. But then suddenly the adopter did not want to have Cleo anymore. She wanted her out of her house as soon as possible. No really reason was ever given why this should be so urgent. But she even threatend she would take the dog to a field and shoot her if nobody would get her asap. 

Lookily a foster place was found quickly and Cleo moved there. But Karin Fierz did not quit making trouble then. Now claiming that Cleo bit her she wanted the dog to be euthanized eventhough Cleo was not even in her care anymore. The new foster place described Cleo as a none aggressive dog so there was no reason for doing anything like that. Cleo even had a new home to go to, which she would have traveled the next weekend, when the foster place needed to go seeking medical attention and left Cleo in the care of Karin Fierz again. Probably not knowing, what her intentions where. But when the foster dad wanted to get Cleo he learned, that Karin Fierz took her to a veterinarian and had her put to sleep for being a vicious dog. 

It is unbelievable, that a veterinarian would do something like that without any proof expect the words of someone like Karin Fierz. A woman who seems mentally unstable and just wanted the harmless little pup dead. Even in switzerland where vicious dogs can be euthanized this should not be as simple as that, because there was nothing done to prove or disprove the claim like it is requested by law. 

We the undersigned want the circumstances around Cleos death investigated and measures taken to punish culprits that killed a sweet dog just out of pure spite. 

Cleo had a right to live, she had a new home that waited for her and was heartbroken when the news finally broke. She deserved better and we demand that there will be actions taken to make sure that this crime won't go unpunished.
