Petition to help the International Students

International students deal with many responsibilities that include attending classes, paying tuition, and paying rent. To deal with this, most of their time goes into working multiple jobs which leaves them with no time to study or take care of themselves which can lead to deeper issues. To fight this, this is a petition for USF to provide some sort of financial support such as increasing scholarships.
