Stop Putting Down Dogs That Could Become Service Dogs for Disabled People!

In association with a vetrenarian and friend of mine, I would like to stop the useless spending to put down dogs in Alabama that could be used as service dogs for the disabled.  I have seen some dogs that could help, trainable and some already trained dogs be put down.  They could have helped a blind child or person who actually NEEDS a dog, maybe an elderly person needs a dog to help recovery process.  Who knows?  This would not affect dogs that are in great suffering or may be in pain from a terminal illness.
