Dear animal lovers and justice defenders,
Please help me ensure the Bouba’s future.
When I met this lovely bear, she just had been abandoned, as one of the too numerous victims of the animals illegal market. It’s naturally that I decided to take care of her: I rapidly built a 3000 sq.2 park with a pool, to provide her the best conditions of life. I also called Mr. CHESNEAU, the best expert, to train her and to learn the way I should behave for our future common life –here in my property in Ban Tha Heua, Laos.
Now, she’s my best companion. I spend several hours a day to spend time playing with her. I’m proud to say that we succeeded to build a strong and sincere relationship.
But that was too beautiful to last.
By 2 times, the « FreeTheBears » NGO tried to take her away from me, from her environment. The aggressive employees came in my property, without any legal authorization or real motive, and in private cars, which are absolutely not adapted to transfer an animal as Bouba.
Their tentative staid, for now, vain. As I declared Bouba to the competent authorities and I know my rights, they don’t have the power to do anything. Yet.
But I want to be sure they will never put Bouba into one of their « protection areas », which more look likes zoos and expensive touristic attractions for voluntarists.
Most of all, I want to be sure this harassment will stop. I can't accept it for the wellbeing of my protege.
Today, I need your help to keep Bouba free.
