Stop the killing! Yes to K9 Inmate Programs in ALL prisons in the United States!!!

To whom this may concern,

This very second, there are hundreds and thousands of dogs being killed in shelters. Also, this very second, there are hundreds and thousands of inmates dealing with substantial amount of emotional distress. We need to stop killing dogs in Animal Shelters and establish K9 Inmate Programs in all prisons in the United States. Doing this will stop the endless killings in dog shelters, allow inmates and dogs training and education, and provide many beneficial skills upon release. 

In result, by taking all eligible death row dogs in animal shelters and sending them to prison K9 Inmate programs they can have a chance at life, and also get properly trained, certified, and registered as service dogs by the inmates. Not only will this provide a new set of work and emotional skills for inmates, but we can finally stop killing dogs and create serviceable trained animals that can be used to work for military, police, emergency medical services, guarding all schools, banks, and servicing those needing emotional support. 

No matter how you may look at this, the outcomes of creating these K9 Inmate Programs are far more beneficial than not having them. I can’t stress this enough on how beneficial this would be to establish K9 Inmate Programs in all prisons in the Unites States. We would finally be able to stop the killing at shelters and and create serviceable trained animals that can protect us while giving inmates the opportunity to acquire new work and emotional skills.
