Change Unfair Myanmar Engineering Council Law

Myanmar Engineering Council Law is unfair , it does not protect Myanmar public and local engineers. It was designed by the people who are the supporters of former USDP Government which wants to systematically disturb the functions of people elected Myanmar Government by creating youths & engineers unemployment.
Accumulations of people's dissatisfaction can turn into riots and it will open the way for the military to take back the state power.
It was totally inappropriate to developmental tasks needed in Myanmar.

ကၽြန္ေတာ္ ၊ ကၽြန္မ တို႔ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသားအင္ဂ်င္နီယာမ်ား သည္ သူရဦးေရႊမန္း ကမကထ ျပဳလုပ္ကာ ျပည္ေထာင္စု လႊတ္ေတာ္တြင္ အတည္ျပဳေပးခဲ့ေသာ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံအင္ဂ်င္နီယာေကာင္စီဥပေဒသည္ အင္ဂ်င္နီယာ အမ်ားစု ကို မည္သည္မွ် လုပ္ကိုင္ ၍ မရေအာင္ ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္ထားေသာ ဥပေဒျဖစ္ကာ ဘြဲ႕ရ အင္ဂ်င္နီယာ မ်ား လည္း လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ သို႔ ၀င္ေရာက္ေရး ကို တားျမစ္ေနေသာ ဥပေဒတစ္ခုလည္းျဖစ္ေနေၾကာင္းတင္ျပအပ္ပါသည္။
အဆိုပါ ဥပေဒ ၏ ျပစ္ခ်က္မ်ား ကို သံုးသပ္တင္ျပထားခ်က္မ်ား ၊ ဥပေဒ အေဟာင္း ႏွင့္ ေျပာင္းလဲရန္ လိုအပ္ခ်က္မ်ား ကို ႏိႈင္းယွဥ္တင္ျပခ်က္မ်ား ကို လည္း ပူးတြဲတင္ျပပါသည္။
ျပဳျပင္ေျပာင္းလဲရန္ လိုအပ္ေနသည့္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံတြင္ ျပည္တြင္းမွ အင္ဂ်င္နီယာမ်ား ၊ ျပည္ပ မွ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ သို႔ ျပန္လာကာ လုပ္အားေပးလိုေသာ ျမန္မာ အင္ဂ်င္နီယာမ်ား စုစည္း ညီညြတ္စြာ ပူးေပါင္းၿပီး တိုင္းျပည္ တိုးတက္ေအာင္ တည္ေဆာက္ေရးလုပ္ငန္းရပ္မ်ား ကိုလုပ္ေဆာင္ရန္ကို္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ အင္ဂ်င္နီယာေကာင္စီ ကတားျမစ္ေနပါသည္။
အဘယ္ေၾကာင့္ဆိုေသာ္အၿငိမ္းစားယူရမည့္ အခ်ိန္သို႔ေရာက္ရွိေနေသာ အင္ဂ်င္နီယာႀကီးအမ်ားစု ဦးေဆာင္ေနေသာ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ အင္ဂ်င္နီယာေကာင္စီ ၏ လုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္မ်ားသည္ ေခတ္ကာလ ေျပာင္း လဲရန္လိုအပ္ခ်က္ ႏွင့္ အညီ ျပည္သူလူထု လံုျခံဳေရး ကို ဦးတည္ရန္ ၊ ျပည္တြင္း အင္ဂ်င္နီယာထု ၏ စြမ္းရည္ ကို ျမွင့္တင္ရန္ ျပည္တြင္း အင္ဂ်င္နီယာထု ၏ တိုးတက္မႈ ၊ ခံစားခြင့္ကာကြယ္မႈ ၊ ျပည္သူတို႔ ၏ အက်ိဳးစီးပြား ႏွင့္ တိုင္းျပည္တည္ေဆာက္ေရး ကို လမ္းညႊန္ ဦးေဆာင္ကာ လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည့္အစား ျပည္ပႏိုင္ငံျခားသားမ်ား က ျမန္မာလုပ္သားထု ၏ အလုပ္မ်ား ကို ရယူကာ ျပည္တြင္းတြင္ အလုပ္လက္မ့ဲ ျပႆနာမ်ား ၊ အင္ဂ်င္နီယာ အလုပ္လက္မဲ့မ်ားတိုးပြားျခင္း ႏွင့္ အေထြေထြမေက်နပ္ခ်က္မ်ား ကို စုစည္းလာကာ တိုင္းျပည္တည္ၿငိမ္ေရး ကို ထိပါးေႏွာင့္ယွက္ရန္ စနစ္တက် စီစဥ္ကာ ျပည္သူ႕အက်ိဳးစီးပြား ကို ထိခိုက္ေအာင္ ပညာသားပါပါ လုပ္ေဆာင္ေနမႈမ်ား ကို ဦးတည္ေနပါေသာေၾကာင့္ ျပည္သူလူထု ၏ အက်ိဳးစီးပြား ႏွင့္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ အင္ဂ်င္နီယာ တို႔၏ အက်ိဳးစီးပြား ကို ငဲ့ညွာေသာ အားျဖင့္ အင္ဂ်င္နီယာဥပေဒ ျပဳျပင္ေျပာင္းလဲေရး ကို ျပည္ေထာင္စုလႊတ္ေတာ္တြင္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးပါရန္ ေတာင္းခံအပ္ပါသည္။
