PETITION TO MAKE ARTS DISTRICT PARK BEAUTIFUL AGAIN FOR PEOPLE AND FAMILIES TO ENJOY

We used to have kids birthday parties at this once beautiful park, that has been taken over by not just dogs, but aggressive dogs, and irresponsible dog owners who allow their dogs off leash who have turned our park into absolute dump. Our dog was not only attacked once and was hospitalized due to aggressive dogs off leash but twice this year and not only almost lost his life once, but two times!. There is an actual dog park 1 block away. Let's restore this park to back to green and beautiful state it once was by making it a people only park.
