Demand that Cambridge employees receive the same location bonus pay as London employees.

The cost of living in Cambridge means it is now the most expensive place to live in the UK. Londoners are afforded a location bonus due to the cost of living so to not afford the same right to Cambridge employees amounts to discrimination.
