Not killing wolves in France

The wolves are protected,but segolène royal want to kill them, and keep 36 of they. She had post an job wanted for 10 yougs to come to kill them. It was 10 or 15 year, we have reintrodiuce some wolve, because they had go out to France...Help me to stop this.
