Find And Prosecute Individual For Abandonment of 4 Pups Crated On The Highway!

A Yakima Valley Pet Rescue volunteer was driving along the highway in Yakima, Washington when she discovered an abandoned crate on the side of the road. Upon stopping to retrieve the crate, she discovered 4 freezing cold and filthy puppies all huddled together in the back of the crate all which were immediately rushed to a vet and had all been tested positive for parvo canine virus. Prosecute the perpetrators now!
