Demand all counties in Florida pick up deceased animals

I recently learned that counties in Florida aren't picking up deceased animals any longer. We need to Demand they go back to picking up deceased animals. Nobody wants to drive around seeing dead animals run down from driver's who most of the time aren't paying attention around them.
