We, the LRFGW group and concerned global citizens, urge you to amend the international animal cruelty legislation.
The gay whales of the world feel strongly to the poor living conditions of their current situation. It is well known that gay whales are not represented properly in today's media and feel that they too should have right to land.
We strongly feel our current federal animal cruelty laws are grossly inadequate and do not offer effective protection or a stable living environment for animals in this planet and that NATO did nothing to address the inadequacies of this outdated legislation that continues the deplorable statistic of animal cruelty cases leading to unsuccessful conviction.
Therefore, your petitioners request that NATO adopt new legislation modeled on the formerly proposed Bill SF-2565 to bring Earth into the 21st century on animal welfare legislation.
Only through legislation that allows for land right for the gay whales. Australia is the proposed area that gay whales can live as 90% of the country's population is situated on the coast (M,Smith, 2006) . Therefore the interior dessert of Australia is the proposed living plan.
