Please sign this petition in order to prevent the refilling of the Delaware Canal between Center Bridge and New Hope until it is competently repaired: Leaks need to be repaired so that the water can be filled to above 3 feet, and the pump needs to be replaced by a superior model that runs in wintertime.We want it repaired so that thousands of animals are not sacrificed every year for the sake of appearances, the mule barge, and tourism.
