PLEASE LET THERE BE STUDIES AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENTS ---ON SOLAR ENERGY -- SO THAT PEOPLE

Please make environmental impact statements and/or studies -- so that the process of making solar energy, solar panels, and solar thermal -- does not hurt the people, the earth, and all the good on earth.
PLEASE PREVENT DAMAGE TO THE PEOPLE, THE EARTH, AND ALL THAT IS GOOD THAT LIVES ON EARTH.  That is what studies, and environmental impact statements are used for.
