We the people of nj want a rent cap

Was at a red cab, the renter the landlords in New Jersey are reason to rent so much that people who live on a fixed income can’t afford it. They end up homeless very unfair to the elderly people that can’t afford their rent and if they pay their rent they can’t afford their other bills so we’re fighting for a rent cap
