We all know that rape is a disrespect to human beings, but many cultural products create stories showing rape as something romantic, when we know rape isn't romantic. Among these products, there are yaoi manga - that tell male homosexual relationship - in which rapes are common and represented as something romantic and beautiful. This gender also romanticizes Stockolm Syndrome, sexual slavery and kidnapping. And the victims never stay with physical and/or emotional scars of the violence they suffer. Rape and sexual slavery must be showed as they really are - as something that cause damage for the rest of the life - and not as something romantic. Let's fight against this. In this current time, we can't deny that rape and sexual slavery cause lasting scars in human beings. So, rape, Stockol Syndrome and sexual slavery cannot be portrayed as normal and acceptable. Rape is an attempt to human dignity, freedom and hurts a person in emotional and physical aspects. And we know a person who suffers rape develops trauma, depression and even suicidal tendencies. We cannot accept fictional works that show rape as something romantic and a demonstration of love. Rape is a crime.
