Make Law: A slaughter license to buy meat

I would like to pass a law in New Zealand to raise awareness of meeting our meat. I petition that anyone who chooses to buy or sell meat must demonstrate a personal kill on the animal to gain the endorsement licence to eat the creature. To eat a cow you must gain a cow slaughter endorsement to eat a chicken you must gain a chicken slaughter endorsement. Each animal to its own kind.
