Humane Societies SPAY AND NEUTER FOR FREE

Yearly San Diego kills almost two hundred thousand healthy dogs and cats. Many are young All are homeless. Humane societies and pounds can spay and neuter for free to put themselves out of business. They do not have to kill these animals. Sign this petition please.
