Demand a Change to Logansport Indianas Ownership Laws of Non-Vnomous Snakes and Reptiles!

As anyone who loves animals well enough would know, there is a difference between venomous and non venomous snakes. Logansport legally treats these two different animals the same and calls a snake wild even if it has been bred over many years to be pure white and enjoy a humans presence.

OTHER REPTILES ARE TREATED THE SAME WAY! You can't even own a Turtle, or a Leopard Geco because it considered a wild animal and it's lawfully treated as a venomous snake.

The people who made these laws are either scared of reptiles or just lazy. Because instead of making laws specific on reptiles they leave everything vague and treat harmless animals as harmfull ones. They dont even give you the option to at least get a permit to own a harmless reptile.

This petition is for reptile lovers in indiana who want to be legally allowed to own a reptile and not have it treated like a venomous snake.
