Make The City of Portland accountable by TORT LAW Regardless of their 120 day rules need time

City officials should not be able to change materials for property owners with contractor without property owners approval. The same City inspector then signed affidavit for court for same contractor forcing an elderly woman into court. This action cost a woman on Social Security $80000. This is a home that houses disabled persons and they have rights too. Disabled and elderly women should not be taken advantage of like this. The materials were undocumented and changed the structural integrity of the approved plans. Material used was not approved for ground contact. 2 other inspectors one forensic inspector the other a home inspector state this is unsafe and not to use this structure. All officials in office from commissioner Udaly to the auditors in office now all are ignoring these facts. Hiding behind the 120 day rule. These people stall omit and deny their way through it. They have a statement easier to exclude then to isolate. They will not open It up. We as the people do not matter. Elderly woman and disabled do not matter. Called the abuse hotline because original bid was around $12,000 we had paid $5500. City valued at $4700. Not produced to plan we stopped payment on remaining $. This was a mistake, we surely thought we would win. Structure still is unsafe for use, and destroying our house. We were sued out of the money needed to replace the damage. I lost everything due to the overwhelming guilt of managing this project as I worked 2 jobs. Medical bills have exceeded my income and time to research this impossible with my situation. Still not able to work as this is consuming me. Needs to be made right. A person should be able to save by sacrificing vacations and luxurious lifestyles to build the their dream home without vultures being able to take from vulnerable people. The fact they want to give to people that have not paid into social security homes without question, some fight for this funding from Federal government. So sad when we cannot even enjoy anything that we have was order entire lives for. Mentioning of hopes and dreams saddens me, please don’t not ask just make it right.
