Matthew Benjamin kicked a dog over 100 times, and it died as a result! All he got was a slap on the wrist. Add your name if you demand severe punishments for outrageous cruelty to animals!
What kind of a person could kick a sweet, defenseless dog more than 100 times?
That's the kind of sub-human Matthew Benjamin is. He lives in Chepstow, Wales, where he is known as a construction worker.
His victim's name was Diesel, a Staffordshire bull terrier. Diesel was only two years old. Just a puppy.
The abuser's roommate heard it all:
"I could hear every impact against the dog's body," he said. "I was sick in the bedroom because of the trauma. The attack felt like it lasted forever," according to one news source.
He then heard Benjamin say:
"This f***ing thing is going to die."
"I honestly believe Mathew kicked the dog more than one hundred times," the roommate went on to say. "It is so upsetting to think about the suffering the dog went through. It was a lovely dog and it was defenseless."
Poor Diesel had only lived with this horrible person for about 5 weeks, after being given to Benjamin as a gift by a friend.
But the worst part is: Matthew Benjamin only had to spend a mere 17 weeks in jail for murdering a helpless puppy.
Don't you agree that cowardly, vicious attacks on defenseless animals should be severely punished?
Then add your name to ask Robert Buckland, Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice in the United Kingdom, introduce legislation that would make people like Matthew Benjamin pay for their cruelty to helpless creatures like Diesel!
