All medical staff refrain from HIPA violations

It seems as though medical and mental health workers are allowed to have access to too much of a patients/residents past history and are not equip in dealing with the topics that are discussed. As a resident residing in a nursing home i del with this daily. Staff have become down right abusive about it. Making fun of me labeling me such things as retarded a lesbian they bring up things in front of other residents and visitors out in the hall. I can't even use the rest room without them commenting. They lie and trigger my severe road by bringing up past trauma and abusive things that have happened to me. They treat me with disrespect by messing with my meals give me things I don't st or spoiled food like spoiled milk rotten canned peaches etc. I've been sent to psych hospitals multiple times because they wanted to get rid of me because they were fraud of trouble i.e. Losing their job. I'm not perfect but when you abuse someone it never goes away. I've had to spend my $72 a month on food and drinks cause I'm neglected and get told sorry we ran out. No one else here has been targeted like that and if anyone dare tries to help me they're labeled a lesbian or targeted in some way too. These people need to know it isn't okay to lie. I admit when I'm wrong time for these people to stop the abuse bullying trauma and expecting the hospitals to clean up their messes. Please let's put a stop to this.
