Stop poisoning our dogs and cats

In many places ,dogs and cats are killed with poisoned baits . Be it by neighbours or strangers who bear hatred against our fury friends. Unfortunately in many cases it is not taken seriously by the police . Often the perpetrators get away unpunished and continue their atrocities .Please help me urge the police to take a stand for the rights of the animals . Sign this petition please and make it necessary that this people are caught and sentenced .
