Reinstate the National Competition Program for the Masonettes

George Mason's Athletic Director Brad Edwards and the Senior Administrative Staff have made the decision that Mason's dance program, the Masonettes, will no longer be allowed to compete Nationally. This decision was made without input, feedback, or recommendations from anyone on the coaching staff, and will have a definitively negative effect on the program. The Masonettes have placed in the top 10 at UDA Nationals for the majority of the past 20 years, and competing in the national arena is an important aspect of cultivating a team that is an exceptional representation of the University.
