Stop Animal Services from Killing Pet Dogs Protecting their Territory

Irresponsible parents allowed a four year old child to enter a fenced yard containing two pet German Shepherds in Castleridge, AB by himself. The child was mauled by the animals who were simply protecting their territory.

Without clear video it cannot be ruled out that the child did not unwittingly provoke the attack even beyond entering the dog's territory.

Rescue groups and individuals would be willing to take the dogs in and provide training to avoid the senseless murder of animals who simply defended their territory.

While sad that a child was hurt through the failure of his parents to adequately supervise their four year old, taking the lives of the dogs would be wrong.
