Don't hurt any animal, let them live their life without any torture.

There are Some people who don't like pets and any other animal so they start hurting them.
If you are not able to feed them or look after them, then please for god sake don't hurt them or torture.
I want a strong action against those who have tortured so many pets and other living things.
