Demand this animal killer be brought to justice!!

This monster kidnapped a neighbors cat, kept it in a trash can for DAYS, starved it, and when it tried to escape he bashed it multiple and I mean MULTIPLE times on the cement till it bled out and died. The judge RELEASED this menace back into society. His name is James William Basener. He needs to be brought to justice and this cat needs justice served!
