Approve the permit for Caboodle Ranch Excessive Animal Habitat

There is no other solution for the Caboodle Cats. Many of these feral and unwanted cats will be deemed unadoptable and fated to death by the discretion of an already overwhelmed A.S.P.C.A.

To implement improvements to Caboodle Ranch the Madison County Commissioners must approve the Expanded Animal Habitat Permit.

We ask that you provide Craig Grant and Caboodle Ranch with the Excessive Animal Habitat Permit in a timely manner so the needed modifications can be accomplished and the Caboodle Cats can return home.
