Freeway Dog Phoenix needs a fresh start

Phoenix is a beautiful, healthy Cattle dog mix who is lucky to be alive! She was barely surviving under the 710 Freeway for nearly eight months when she was rescued late last year. This sweet, shy girl has been living at The Pet Rescue Center in Mission Viejo, California ever since. Her friends have raised funds to send Phoenix to an excellent three-week training program that could change her life. But before she can go, she desperately needs to find a real home, where she can practice everything she’ll learn.
