cancel community property law

My Son is dead because a girl played him he knew from his abusive father,he went to jail because of her she had nail sent there so I could do nothing her goal his house he ended up dead because of her.She was Abel to trash his house bring strangers and party steal his things police did nothing told me community property law ,she had mail they were only together for months.His house was destroyed Inside.In my early thirties my husband at the time we were separated he beat me all the time ,I went out had a sitter he came and trashed my whole home broke applyances,stike my Son,we just seperate he stalked me found right opportunity to use the law,My son was even community property,U got my Son back two weeks later he ended up in ER at 6 months his head split open,father called left him there I got a restraining order he broke all the time and custody,he abused my Son mentally phycially,stalked me for years I call police nothing was done.This law allowed a damaged girl use my Son played on his pain,took him out with alcohol he'd been getting sober wasn't alcoholic but used for his pain,she stole his truck totalled it he was called to come and get her her fault DUI because he's dead nothing happens to her she broke a few laws now using another guy,she knows if she has mail one letter community property law gives her access even after death
