Fix California's Water problem, and exclude fracking.

Due to the lack of water California is suffering due to droughts, bad pipes, and Nestle sucking up 80 million gallons of water. I think its time Governor Brown got his act together cause his idea of fracking over fixing our states water issue presents a clear message that he doesn't care about us.

Fix the Water problem.
