Justice for Rayne

A German Shepard named Rayne(name given to her by the McNetts children) was rescued from a shelter approvimately 3 months ago. The McNetts had given her a new home where she was settling in quite comfortably with her new family. Rayne had even posed with her new family in some pictures. She had been given a second chance. Raynes second chance at life would came to an abrupt end on September 25, 2013. This is the day day her second chance would be taken from her. The McNetts regularly put Rayne on a leash for her to conduct her buisness.The McNetts neighbor,Wayne VanBlargen claimed the dog was in his yard, so he shot and killed Rayne from approximately 10 feet away. Northumberland county is pursueing animal cruelty charges.  Lets make sure Van Blargen recieves accountability for his actions, lets seek justice for Rayne.
