The intake at CCAC is far too high. Finding puppies in trash bins is way too sickening.
Sick and starving animals running the streets is unacceptable! Simple answer is to make Spay and Neuter mandatory unless you have a license to breed. The only way to end the killing of shelter animals is to prevent them from being born.
