The Mallerys are a Black ranching couple living in El Paso County, Colorado, and their allegations about
the hate crimes they've experienced in the past few years are horrific.

more than 170 calls in the past two years alone that involve the Mallerys. This is a shocking number of incidents to occur in a lifetime. The fact that they have all taken place in 24 months is alarming.
The Mallerys allege that they have been victims of rampant racism and harassment, including having their property vandalized and being stalked, followed, and even chased. The vandalism they've endured included someone spray painting the n-word on their home. They reported that one particular neighbor trespassed onto their property, pointed guns at them, and made threats against them online.
Additionally, several of the couples' ranch
animals have mysteriously wound up dead and mutilated. The Mallerys have called these acts of intimidation.
But somehow, rather than any of the perpetrators of this alleged harassment being held accountable, both members of the couple were arrested and jailed earlier this week instead.
