Demand an End to abandoned dogs on street and starving them.

I move to Russellville Alabama in 2019.and it breaks my heart how dogs are treated.every where I go here in Russellville it seems like dogs dont matter.and there no animal place here that will help.there solution is put them down.which I dont agree with.alot of these dogs walk the street looking for food and water.we need help.please tell governor of Russellville Alabama. To step in and help these dogs.we all need to voice for these beautiful dogs.and stop the abandonment of these dogs.and find away to feed them all.
