“Justice for Sherzat’s Family! Stop the Criminal Networks!”
“Justice for Sherzat and His Family – Stop Organized Crime in Kazakhstan!”
To the international community and human rights organizations:
We are reaching out to raise awareness about the tragic events that have devastated the family of Sherzat in Kazakhstan. Sherzat was brutally attacked and killed by a group of criminals. Following this horrific act, his family’s home was set on fire, his brother was murdered, and now his father has been imprisoned for speaking out against the injustice.
Kazakhstan, despite being a democratic state, has shown alarming restrictions on freedom of speech. Citizens who demand justice and criticize the government face imprisonment, silencing any efforts to hold authorities accountable. Activists and ordinary people seeking fairness and transparency are being oppressed, which highlights the growing authoritarian tendencies in our country.
This is not just a tragedy for one family; it is a clear example of how organized crime operates with impunity in Kazakhstan, allegedly protected by powerful individuals.
We urgently request the following:
1. A fair and transparent investigation into Sherzat’s murder and the subsequent crimes against his family.
2. Immediate release of Sherzat’s father and other activists unjustly detained for speaking out against corruption and injustice.
3. International oversight to ensure justice is served and human rights are respected.
4. Immediate action from the Kazakhstani government to dismantle this criminal group and protect innocent citizens.
The Sherzat family has endured unimaginable suffering, and it is time for the world to stand with them and demand justice.
We call on international human rights organizations, media outlets, and concerned individuals worldwide to support our call for justice and to hold those responsible accountable.
Let us unite to ensure that no family in Kazakhstan or anywhere else has to face such tragedy and injustice. Let this also be a call to protect freedom of speech and the rights of activists who strive for a fairer society.
Please sign and share this petition to demand justice for Sherzat, his family, and all those fighting for democracy and justice in Kazakhstan.”
