Support a Spay/Neuter License Plate for the State of Michigan

Michigan, like so many other states, has both a feline and canine overpopulation problem.  There are way too many animals being euthanized in our state.  While other states have created license plates promoting spaying/neutering, our state has not.  Proceeds from the sale of the plates would benefit spay/neuter programs across Michigan.
