Ban Mylar Helium Balloons in the United States.

Mylar helium balloons are a threat to our oceans and wildlife that live there. During beach cleanups at least 10-20 balloons are found in beaches per mile. Who knows how many make it to the ocean, where they are eaten by sea turtles and marine mammals ( mistaken for jellyfish) and kill over 100,000 dolphins, whales, and turtles a year. There is no need for a birthday party, Valentines Day, and a graduation to kill marine life. Let's ban these harmful party favors once and for all.
