Demand Search Warrants be issued to protect at risk animals

Currently, abused and neglected pets are beyond the reach of the law and search warrants can only be issued and executed for reasons not directly related to the suspected neglect or abuse. Child protection services have legal authority to protect children, animal protection workers should too.
