Disney consulted with agencies who do not respresent families and changed their disability system to address fraud, but instead made it impossible for many families to even access their parks. This is a form of segregation, discrimination and lack of general care and consideration for a large population people.

In response you asked us to try the system. Well, we have tried it and it does not work. We now ask that you adjust it with the help and input from the families that your change impacts.
