Justice for Baby the Bulldog

Baby the bulldog was thrown down stairs in a brutal act. The dog was paralysed and suffered 3 months of pain before been put to sleep. The cowards who did this are Andrew Frankish and Daniel Frankish. They receive a suspended sentence and tag which is not enough for what they did to the dog!
