Progressive Insurance ads promote workplace bullying

In the ads, Jaime is apparently a decent employee but repeatedly bullied by a dominant workplace clique. The ads end with others feeling free to laugh at Jaime and just pile on the dejected guy. It's both disturbing and heartbreaking, especially if you've seen this kind of behavior out there in the real work force.

Things are bad enough in the currrent economic climate. People stay in stressful jobs (like the fictional Jaime) because good jobs are few and far between right now. Jaime, like so many quiet workers out there, is bullied and powerless. Sign the petition to get Progressive Insurance to pull these ads that promote workplace victimization and subjugation today!
