This Person Waterboarded and Starved His Cat. Demand Justice!

A heart-wrenching case of animal cruelty has emerged from Brevard County, Florida, where an 18-year-old individual repeatedly tortured a defenseless cat. This cat endured unimaginable terror, including being starved, thrown off a third-floor balcony and was even waterboarded.
