You, and everyone you care about, will need access to quality health care — and no one can know for sure when that might be the case. Yet throughout 2017, access to that care has been at risk. Politicians have considered proposals that would have had devastating consequences.

It's time to act — and say you're ready to protect care.

The Coalition to Protect America's Health Care is 1.5 million Americans of all political stripes who recognize the importance of making health care work for every person in our country. We understand how important it is to defend health care and protect hospitals.

All year, we've been fighting ill-advised proposals that get health care wrong — proposals that could have led to a loss of health coverage for tens of millions of Americans, harmed millions of others with pre-existing conditions, and exacerbated the very real problems facing our health care system instead of fixing them.

And if our experiences this year have shown us anything, it's that we won't have a lot of time to make our voices heard if Congress is ready to act again on health care.
