To Defund the Pension of any Elected Official or Civil Serveant that BROKE the U S Constitution

It degrades our freedom and Democracy when a President brakes the Constitution while in office and is not held criminally responsible because he is pardoned. Not only should such a traitor to the United States not deserve a pension, but also any money/assets they made from their political fame should be confiscated!  Also if their activities before or after holding public office are in effect a breach of the Constitution the same provisions should apply!
