Tell these companies to stop backing the Trans Mountain tar sands pipeline

Trans Mountain must secure insurance in order to proceed with its controversial tar sands pipeline being built across Alberta and B.C., — but 18 companies have now abandoned the project.

Without insurance, the pipeline cannot go ahead, and Trans Mountain is currently scrambling to find coverage for its climate wrecking, money-losing, and rights violating project.

A wave of public pressure is urgently needed to convince the pipeline's remaining insurers to follow suit and un-insure the pipeline.
