Make Town Council In Clay, West Virginia investigate all monies and billing handled by terminated county employee Dwana Murphy

On December 6, 2017, Dwana Murphy was terminated as a county employee in Clay, West Virginia. It was discovered that she had used a county Sam's card to make personal purchases The Sam's account was set up to be for tax-exempt purposes. There is also the issue of what happened to reward points associated with the card at the end of each year for the last 25 years.Murphy was at one time Town Recorder and handled billing for the water plant. We request that all billing and monies handled by Ms. Murphy be investigated and that rumors that she made water bills for family and friends disappear be looked into. It is time to get the corrupt county employees out of office!
