End the At-Will State of Arkansas!

I believe that it is time for the state of Arkansas and the people whom make or write the legislation, in which it impacts all citizens and residents. To change it stance on being an at will-state, in which giving any business, company, or institution the ability to fire anyone for whatever whim they see fit. Legislation like this is what will divide the people within the state due to the greediness of officials not wanting what is best for everyone, as oppose to a certain amount of individuals being able to take advantage of certain immunity's given to them based on being a judge or prosecutor, etc. While the rest of the population within the state must abide by the state and it's lack there of for the PEOPLE! The state must make it an even playing field, so everyone can benefit from having a peace of mind in the work place.
