Stop The Plant Board from Running a Monopoly

The plant board has a monopoly on water, electric, internet, and cable. They charge what they want and allow no other companies to provide these services. If you don't have the plant board you don't have anything. No water, no electric, no internet, no sewer, no cable. I don't know how the federal government is allowing the Frankfort plant board to do this. They AR running a monopoly and that is supposed to be against the law. If they're not then let's see the other companies that we can choose from they provide us with the services just one.
