Police ran over an escaped cow twice in Feltham west London

Police office made the decision to hit an escaped cow with a police car then a second time to trap the cow under the car.

I am hoping this petition can help bring some action against the police officer driving the car to take accountability. This is animal abuse and can not be left as it will set a precedent moving forward for this type of behaviour.

It is clear that the police need training and someone needs to take responsibility for the lack of awareness and laws in place for the police surrounding animal abuse.
